For this year 2022, we have thought of setting up various projects, in particular with a school.

We thought it was necessary to take an interest in a school that is located in a difficult neighborhood. We therefore created a project with the Noue Caillet school in Bondy Nord (93).

 

We collaborated with a CE1 class. Their mistress Nadira sets up an ecological routine in their school. We were able to visit them at the end of the year.

Nadira explains to us that for some time the children have been contributing to selective sorting in the canteen. The children even have vegetable garden activities with their director. Teacher Nadira's students also take care of the plants in the class! 

​

The example of this mistress also shows us that we don't need to be in the beautiful neighborhoods and to have first-class comfort to pay attention to ecology. "Teaching the basics to the youngest has become essential" explains Nadira.

For a few years now, Mistress Nadira and her colleague, Mistress Fathia, have been working in pairs to do bicycle activities so that students can pass their bicycle license and be eco-responsible citizens afterwards. At first, a first group practices cycling with the mistress Fathia as well as volunteers (parents of the students but also child of the mistress Nadira) and in a second time Nadira does prevention on ecology with the young students!

Many outings to parks are organized to enjoy the greenery. 

We questioned the students to find out if they were happy or if ecology did not interest them at all. "The planet is our home, we have to take care of it" explains Célèste, "We mustn't let the planet get sick" explains Halima, both students in CE1.

For their part, the CM2 pay more attention to energy consumption in the school by turning off the light after the youngest, by checking the trays of the youngest than them or by composting with the school director, Dominica. 

​

 

In addition, the town of Bondy provides bicycles for the bicycle license but also various bins for selective sorting in order to raise awareness from an early age. 

It is very beautiful initiatives that the school establishes, we hope that other schools will take example and that the ecological conscience of the smallest will develop in a national way!
